Estimates & Quotation Need a quote for a timber building for your garden?

Well we will happily provide you with a free of charge quotation on any building that you would like. We work out the costs for your new building either by coming to site and looking at it ourselves or by you providing us with an outline sketch of the size and where your doors and windows will go. All we need to know is what your building will be used for so that we can price it on the correct product.

Building Drawings and Planning Applications In most cases you do not need planning permission to install a Phoenix garden building, providing it meets the following criteria: (more…)
If you need to apply for planning permission, but wish to place a deposit on a building in order to secure it at the quoted price, you can do so. Normally all deposits are non-refundable, but we take planning as an exception. If you place an order and then planning permission is refused, we will refund you deposit minus our administration costs.

Groundwork & Preparation All our buildings need to be erected onto a firm and level base. We can provide a firm and level base at an additional cost to the building. We do three types of base for our timber buildings:
We have a 4” concrete base for our sheds, workshops, summerhouse and offices.
A 6” concrete base with single brick course for our garages or buildings with no floor.
We also install a base which we call ‘Pads and Sub Frame’. This type of base is less permanent as it consists of concrete pillars no more than 6ft apart in any direction and a 6 x 2 sawn tanalised sub frame on top to create the firm surface. (more…)

We provide 2 years call out cover against faulty parts and workmanship, and a 5 year guarantee against rot of timber providing the building has been treated on a regular basis.
